Cancellation and refund<\/strong><\/h5>


Full refund :<\/strong> You can obtain a full refund of your booking if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of confirmation of your booking.<\/p>


Partial refund :<\/strong> For cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, a partial refund of 50% of the total amount of the reservation will be made.<\/p>

Non-refundable :<\/strong> No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.<\/p>

Internal Rules of the Clos des Perles<\/strong><\/h4>


The purpose of these rules and regulations is to set out the rules for living and using the premises in order to ensure a pleasant and harmonious stay for all guests at Le Clos des Perles.<\/p>

Article 1: General information<\/h5>


Respect for the premises: The customer undertakes to respect the peaceful nature of the premises and to use them in accordance with their intended purpose. They also undertake to return the accommodation in good condition.
Inventory: Accommodation must be left in a clean and tidy condition on departure.
Behaviour: Any noise or discussion likely to disturb other guests must be avoided, particularly during rest periods. Parties and events are not permitted in the establishment. Stag and hen parties are strictly forbidden.<\/p>


Article 2: Arrivals and Departures<\/h5>


Arrival time: Arrivals are generally between 17:00 and 00:00. Please let the hotel know your arrival time in advance.
Departure time: Departure must be no later than 10.00 am.
Article 3: Capacity
The booking contract is drawn up for a specific number of people. If the number of guests exceeds this number, the owner is entitled to refuse additional guests.
Article 4: Pets
Pets are allowed on request and at no extra charge in certain accommodation. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their pet does not cause any nuisance or damage. Please note: The legal notice on the website may indicate that the establishment does not accept pets. It is therefore essential to confirm this information directly with the establishment at the time of booking.
Article 5: Use of equipment and facilities
Swimming pool: The swimming pool is heated from April to October, depending on weather conditions. Access to the pool is subject to the health and safety rules posted on site.
Balneotherapy: Balneotherapy is available at an additional cost (\u20ac60 for a 2.5-hour session for 2 people, payable on site), with direct access for some accommodation.
No smoking: The establishment is entirely non-smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the accommodation and enclosed communal areas.
Parking: Free private parking is available on site.
Article 6: Children and extra beds
This establishment cannot always accommodate baby cots or extra beds. Age restrictions may apply for certain types of accommodation (e.g. \"Only adults accepted\" or \"Children not accepted\" for certain offers). We recommend that you check the specific conditions of your booking.
Article 7: Liability
It is the customer's responsibility to check whether their main home insurance policy includes a holiday extension (holiday rental). The hirer certifies that he\/she is covered by civil liability insurance covering his\/her own liability and that of the persons accompanying him\/her.
Article 8: Disputes
In the event of a dispute, it is recommended that you refer to the legal notices on the Le Clos des Perles site for mediation and conflict resolution procedures.
These regulations may be supplemented by specific rules displayed on site or communicated at the time of booking.<\/p>
